Mr. "D" brings more than 30 years of experience to Holistic Admissions Advising. Josh has served for 16 years as the Director of College and Career Counseling for high schools in Pennsylvania. Before that, Josh worked in college admissions for more than 14 years, having last served as the Director of Admission Recruitment at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. Josh has extensive experience with the college athletic recruitment process at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels, Junior Colleges, and NAIA. He is currently an active member of PACAC (Pennsylvania Association of College Admission Counseling) and NACAC (National Association of College Admission Counseling).
